RE:insider buys for KLM The SEDI website could be more clear about what number to include for "Total Holding" when buying within different entities. This was the first time I bought KLM shares with my company so it shows the total of 1,000,000 shares.
Prior to this, I had bought shares directly in my personal name and have accumulated 11,097,324 shares that way. I bought my first 5M for $0.01 back in October 2020 (they closed in April 2021 after significant delays associated with TSXV review of the Vidette option), then I bought 1,000 shares at $0.035 a few days before the AGM where the hostile takeover occured (to show that I was not in a black out) and then I bought +150,000 shares at $0.0367 in October 2021.
In December 2021, I converted $85,444 of debt to shares at $0.015 for 5,696,324 shares. These debts were created after the August 2021 takeover when I paid for various things out of my own pocket for the sake of preserving company cash. These payments were as follows: US BLM Claims Fees of $6,029.56 for Eastgate in September 2021, then US Lawyer $3,915.30 to set up JV for Eastgate, and $5,500 to start the LOI on the Rye Patch projects in November 2021. I also paid Andy Randell $10,000 for costs at Vidette and $60,000 for exploration advance to Robert Carrington for Eastgate and Rye Patch. I didn't get any "free shares" as part of the shares-for-debt transaction.
In April 2022, I bought $10,000 of stock in the market at 250,000 shares for $0.04. And today I bought 1,000,000 shares at $0.02 for $20,000
