RE:Oh, The Games Played HereYou're wrong.  This is all working perfectly.   Giving Renaud total control is the sole purpose of this exercise, so from Renaud's perspective it's working out as intended.  He'll not only exercise his rights but pick up all that's left unexercised plus buy the few sold.  And he keeps collecting his loan interest in shares.  Another month and he'll probably hold 60%.  What he then does with the company is another question.  One thing is for sure, he's not a charity.
