The license 23248 covers approximately 67,500 hectares (675 Sq. Km).

DSM increases its acquisitions by 100 million in REE and at the same time increases its share count by the same 100 million dollars.

That seems to not be all that significant really.  If I give you 100 million dollars and you buy 100 million dollars worth of REE with it, you haven't increased the worth of the company for me, but just kept it the same substituting my cash for your REE. 

So we have a much bigger company stockpile of REE by 100 million dollars. That's great. But to get that 100 million extra REE stockpile, we issue 100 million dollars worth of shares.  That seems like a complete one-off.

You seem to think the stock price is going to go up big on this news, but this to me is DSM simply saying 'give us lots of money, so we can go buy you the equivalent amount of REE with that money."

Am I missing something here?
