RE: I dont get what Shawskank?Whiz, in the news release they listed 12,000 kgs dysporisium Fe at a cost of $3,500,000.00 which works out to the $291.67/kg that you quoted when you asked your question.

The cost coloumn does not list what all those cost are.  Since Dacha is taking delivery of the metal the costs included the spot price of $210/kg you quoted plus costs of delivery, taxes, commissions, storage, etc.

Dacha is not future trading in REEs and not taking delivery.  They are making purchases and taking delivery which entails additional costs to guoted metal prices.
