The article makes it clear. With the Rare Earth Elements having a
.57 NAV and a closing share price of
.39 last Friday that means buying a share at this level is the same as paying 64.9 cents for a dollar of Dacha's Rare Earth Elements 64.9 cents on the dollar. I do not know of any place else where I can get such a little or no risk deal.
