RE: RE: sell or not???Vialli, you make some good points. Do you believe the value of the inventory will be higher going forward, even higher than the peak. If so, what is the magic number as it will not rise forever. The point is, if the inventory is near peak or can rise another 20% we will need to sell the inventory to truly capitalize on this venture. The purpose of this company is to seize this specific opportunity for the short/med term. The management has made a wise selection in the inventory although i am unsure as to why they have not liquidated some percentage as they stated back in Sept. I really see no other way to get the SP moving until we have some liquidation. The news about the REE market has been mostly negative lately and i personally feel that the current FD NAV is attractive enough for me to request a sale to get things moving. If we do not see an uptick in prices soon i would start to worry as i would hope management would have sold some inventory to increase the cash position for future purchases. All in all, i am frustrated that the SP is not reflecting its true value and feel the only way this will happen is with a liquidation. Management has stated it will focus on closing the gap and i hope they are true to their word.
I look forward to some feedback.
