Waste of time.....reallyA small update was just released by the company, link below. At first glance, it's completely underwhelming & disappointing on the strategy they're trying to implement to get back their rights to the property. Not sure WTH the guys at Deep South are thinking here, but filing an application to contest the ruling with the High Court of NAMIBIA and expecting somekind of positive outcome is....how should i put this? Short sighted, ignorant & ludicrous on the part of Deep South's non Namibian mgmt. Really? This is the best they could come up with after almost a month in limbo & silence? Either these guys are just pure amateurs, dont know WTH they're doing and totally lost or they're in cahouts with the Namibian Gov't officials in this mess. Pick your poison to which one applies here. Man, i really expected more than this losing tactic and for them to be more forcefull with those corrupt Namibian Gov't dummies.
This is definitely NO WAY to install confidence with their s/h and/or show the Namibians you mean business. Going to Namibian courts was ALREADY factored in & a move probably expected by the Namibian officials at the dept of Mines & Energy. This is like going against the Sicilian Mob in the 70's in Sicily and brining your complaints to the local judges & head of police. All of which the mob had under their control & in their pockets. Jesus are the guys at Deep South that dense & dumb?
If they really wanted or expected some positive results, this should have gone DIRECTLY & IMMEDIATELT to an international court of law & settlements. Not the Namibian local justice system....for good god lol.
