The license 23246 covers approximately 5,423.26 hectares (54.24 square kilometers (Km2)). The license 23247 covers approximately 2,200 hectares (22.5 km2). The license 23248 covers approximately 67,500 hectares (675 Sq. Km).

Ministry have no case at all but it's 3rd world practiceits last filing on Nov. 17, 2021. The filing did not include any documents supporting the decision of the minister to deny the renewal of the Haib copper licence

At the court hearing on Nov. 25, 2021, in the absence of the judge

The ministry will have until Feb. 14, 2022, to file its defence affidavit. Deep-South will have until Feb. 28, 2022, to reply with its last affidavit.

The court will hold another hearing on March 3, 2022, to define the further procedures with regard to the review of the decision of the minister.
