Can't wait to hear what those "further procedures" will be. DSM will need all its cash just to survive while the court process drags on for months or years. So they can hardly afford to buy a significant mineral deposit somewhere else.

Papy may be right!! So far on 3 separate occasions, the ministry has yet to file a single document to the court supporting their decision. We are now in the period that they had till Feb 14 a deadline to file. A 14-day review timeframe was then granted to DSM, ending Feb 28th, with the court reconvening on March 3rd for a decision or further review.
Being a baseball fan, I believe the rule is 3 strikes and you're out!!!
The Ministry will have until February 14, 2022 to file their defense affidavit. Deep-South will have until February 28, 2022 to reply with its last affidavit.
