RE:Paas and coer entered for a reasoncoeur has supported northaif for qite awhile,through private placement and purchase of nsr
they once had 19.5% of northair but were diluted down
northair cash position came from coeur purchase on nsr that they pd 4million
they have now sold this to kootenay for shares and 500,000cash
this sale was at discount to what coeur paid-
coeur will recieve kootenay shares and warrants for northair shares
plus the kootenay shares for the northair nsr that i assume will be canceled this is a compltely seperate transaction from merger
there is a lockdown on shares recieved for sale of nsr
-as a coeur shareholder i don't understand the sale of nsr other than it is non performing but shares in kootenay will get diluted,it always happens with jrs
