coeur was northairs source of cash and coeur had a 19%position-they also sold the nsr they had purchased to kootenay for shares-did kootenay have a 4month lock up
coeur sold all those performing nsr's ,so why not convert kootenays shares to cash
the management change at northair after coeur gave them 4 mill for the nsr,the dilution,then merger probably has them washing their hands of this soap opera-it will show up in next 10q
