There is a group of shareholders investigating recent pay 17M+
Failing positive action like directors giving back some money class action lawsuit is the way to go.
TSX only concerned with disclosure rules, well they disclosed they paid themselves 17M
OSC looking for wrong doing they can't justify whether 1M or 5M is excessive.
Legally you have a case.
Directors have a fiduciary duty to look out for shareholders interest.  same with CEO
  they clearly abused their powers for self interest.  self dealing.
  they mislead shareholders about the spectrum worth.
