RE: Telusbell and rogers got the spectrum because it coincided with existing spectrum holdings.  nobody else can use it.
telus gets the tax losses on the cheap.  win for the oligopolies.    
they will throw us a bone once they ware you out.    all part of the plan you'll be signing anything to get 30 cents a share next year...
