RE: BOTTOM LINE

RE: BOTTOM LINE//It is a brand new game and we have a good board for once. I hope they crucify the former insiders/directors.//

They won't be able to do anything if they don't win the vote for reelection.

And they won't win reelection unless shareholders vote for them.

When the dark side was removed last year, they had about 30 M shares/votes on their side.

According to the "Statement from the UBS Long Term Shareholders", ( https://www.newswire.ca/en/releases/archive/June2010/15/c5389.html ) those 30M shares belonged, among others, to
Alex Dolgonos (shareholder since 1998)
Karen Safaryan (shareholder since 1999)
Domenic Filigno (shareholder since 2005)
Eric Rouah (shareholder since 1999)
Marc Vandeberg (shareholder since 1998)

You might recognize among these the current owners of UBS private.

You remember UBS private, don't you?

The now thriving international company that once belonged to shareholders but was "sold" for a song and dance.

Without consultation with shareholders.

Without proper disclosures or an arm's length opinion of fairness.

Just like the spectrum.

The bad news is these people still have their 30 M shares.

And make no mistake - they will vote them.

And it won't be for the current board, it will be against it.

So they can reinstall the dark side and stop all the legal work against them.

AND THE DARK SIDE WILL WIN.

UNLESS us common retail shareholders vote for the current board and have more votes than them.

But that won't happen magically if shareholders don't vote.

If someone does not vote their shares, those votes are NOT automatically counted for the incumbents.

Instead those unvoted shares lower the number of votes the current board would get.

And for the current board to win they have to beat the dark side's 30 M shares.

So everyone, please vote for the current board.

If the dark side wins, we can all kiss any hope for recovery and justice good bye.

The current board must be reelected to continue the legal fight and recover what was taken.

Vote for the current board.
