Careful with inaccurate interpretations.
They did not say "the lawsuit would move forward in the middle of March."
They said the Look board would decide how to act by Mid-March.
Quite different.
They also said they expect both UBS and Look will pursue litigation on a common front.


What was actually said:
"The Look board has also engaged counsel and will decide how to act by mid-March.  We expect that both UBS and Look will pursue litigation on a common front."
