All the R&D etc. sold off for a few million.
Now Alex wants to but the public side with restructuring money taken out of the cookie jar.

UniqueBroadband Systems (UBS), a major developer of COFDM technology andapplications, announced it has received Notice of Intention from acorporation (or corporations) controlled by Alex Dolgonos for a partialtake-over bid for the shares of UBS on or after July 6.
The firm,however, has not disclosed the terms of the proposed offer. Companyofficials said the board of directors of UBS will evaluate the offer andupdate their shareholders as and when the information is available.
AlexDolgonos, through his company DOL Technologies, filed a lawsuit againstUBS in July 2010 seeking that UBS pay $6.015 million allegedly arisingfrom the terms of DOL's consulting agreement with UBS and the change inthe board after shareholders elected a new board on July 5, 2010 as wellas $1.530 million in respect of share appreciation rights cancellationand deferred bonus payments approved in 2009, collectively referred toas "contingent restructuring awards," company officials said.
However, UBShas defended the lawsuit claiming it doesn’t own those monies. At therecent annual meeting held on February 25, Dolgonos through anothercompany sought to change the board of directors of UBS by proposing adissident slate at the meeting.
In March,Unique Broadband announced that CMMB America, an affiliate of CMMBVision Holdings, made a strategic alliance with UBS to support theexpansion of CMMB services. The field demonstration is the first ever for CMMB in the US andsignifies the Company’s first step in positioning CMMB for itscommercial launch of services in the US market. It validates CMMB’sability to cohabitate with cellular technologies as well as its superiorcoverage over varying line of sight and non-line of sight environments.
