Lanceosh,

According to the NR, McCutcheon and Eaton will resign as directors of UBS. They will be replaced by Wells and Taylor.  That should happen fairly soon IMO.

Anyone can nominate McCutcheon and Eaton back to the Board by presenting a motion at the next AGM. 

Nomination is not enough though.  To get elected they have to win the vote.

The question is, what will be the mandate of the new board?
