What excelent articles, and how pertinent, especially the later one, in regards to its author and how it applies to UBS.

Thanks ice148 and mrmoribund for posting.

Regarding the last article, the only thing I would disagree with is some of the terminology. While I realize the proper terms and assigned corporate roles need to be used to publish in the G&M, where I come from we'd use words like stealing, thieves and corrupt self-serving sob's, rather than poor governance, CEO and board members.
