5 million shares sold

5 million shares soldIf the law suit was inevitable, then maybe AD was speculating that if he got rid of his 5m shares at about 4 bones per share , he might be able to buy back his shares at somewhere between 2 and 3. He could add substantially to his stake in the company without any increased investment. Just speculation on my part as to why things happened in the order they did. If the stock goes up, then he has existing shares already, and it is a win win situation for everybody. Any more guesses as to what is going on???
