Phillips Suing UBS!

I just got a PM from an insider who suggested that my UBS stock was going to get kicked on Monday because of a pending announcement by Phillips who is going to sue Radiata and UBS for patent infringement on their C-OFDM patent. Is this possible? I have never heard of Phillips owning the patent on C-OFDM. The source said this suit is to support Wi-Lan's concurrent claim against Radiata, and that UBS is kinda being lumped in for "good optics". Could use some reassurance this is a load of BS. Anyone know of any claims to a patent of C-OFDM that Phillips might have?? UBSTAP
