If it's not .3-.13 cent guys getting out...is it"marker makers"?  They have left a few scraps on the floor...

Is it frustration or dissapointment?  Maybe just a money crunch.  I don't think you bother with Financials if you are delisting.

Those .14 cent guys are tough!
