RE: THE AGMI could be wrong,but arent they creating class A non voting so they can bring shares back into Canada to comply with OSC regulations to take over LOOK.That should have been a separat question to vote on.Why the heck they are asking for DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITTY when they are doing all this crap behind closed doors and now asking us to approve it after it is done. What next? By the way ,can somebody inbox me to give me directions how to get to the meeting.I will be coming on 401 from Windsor -London and would apprciate directions from there. THANKS
