Reading the press release, Think Equity is the sole underwriter and is allowed to purchase a big bunch of extra shares and warrants, without the customary 4 month hold period.
So doesn't take much to figure out who is manipulating the market and scooping up all these shares that mysteriously start trading today. We go from trading volume in the hundreds of shares, to at last count over 700,000 shares traded thus far.
How many shares did they purchase under the placements? I guess we might find out on Friday, this management team has lost all credibility, worse than that they do not care. Shamefull that this type deal is allowed to happen and exsisting shareholders get screwed.
