Over 70 cents a share cold haqrd cash,low float,complete cleansing of old mgt with new good additions.Paul Van Eden to mention one.You can love him or hate him but a very smart guy.....Did I mention a low float,,End of day any property assets ZERO value ..They are on the hunt for something.Buy this put it away check back 6-12 months.Its either a double or will still be the same..Limited downside sleep at night at this level..imo
