RE: Share dillution...Answer #1, Company is tightly held with one individual holding 51% of total outstanding. Answer #2, Service rigs are used almost exclusively in the completion and recompletion of deep gas wells in the Valleyview/Edson/Whitecourt and now west of Red Deer areas. The "Concord" service rigs are well known as highly reliable/efficient and therefore command a premium rate. The demand for gas although has weakened, invariably will remain strong for the foreseeable future. The company will deliver 10 new waste treating and disposal facilities over the next 2 years which should increase revenues substantially. My personal opinion is this will be a $10-$12 stock within that time. Fundamentals are very strong. Hope this answers some questions.
