RE:RE:RE:RE:ExplanationsThe last few financings by these two were at lower and lower costs per share as the share price continued to fall - The NR release stated that the terms of the loan would be renegotiated prior to the maturity date of the loans - Which is October 31st 2014 - And that it would likely include conversion options and warrants - So we shall see - However - Having said that - I totally agree with you - Looked into these two guys way back - I believe he actually formed Habtoor Leighton Group - A really big player - Originally had one of its directors overseeing things but recently he took over that role at KZX - These guys provided the original seed money at 20 cents a pop - They must be into it for close to $30,000,000 each by now - And still very committed - WHY? When this thing first listed original trades were around $0.70 cents - WHY? Not any bad news since considering the recent high level talent they have attracted and the confirmation of how committed our two financers are - Thoughts?
