Big news for Libero Copper & Gold (LBC.v LBCMF) today.

LBC announced today that it has partnered with Anglo Asian Mining for the initial design, engineering, and financial modelling of the Mocoa Porphyry Copper-Molybdenum deposit located in Colombia. Notably, Anglo Asian is the biggest shareholder of LBC.

This project aims to create a reliable and sustainable supply of locally produced copper-based components for Colombia's green industries.

The initial mine designs will undergo a review process by expert external professionals and consulting firms to ensure that the designs are optimal for the inferred 2 million tonne copper resource.
