Lattice Biologics Ltd. is engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing and marketing biologics products to domestic and international markets. The Company’s products are used in a variety of applications including enhancing bone regeneration in dental, spine, and general orthopedic indications. Its acellular dermal matrix is used for dental flaps which is used to close defects post-implantation. The Company’s stem cell-based technology AmnioBoost, is an amniotic fluid concentrate, which can be used to accelerate and enhance bone regeneration for dental post implantation. In addition, its products complimentary to the dental allograft market are amniotic membrane, Demineralized bone matrix (DBM) putty, acellular dermal matrix and cancellous DBM sponges.

Has the circus left town yet? Where did all the Pump Dumpers and bashers come from? At least things have simmered down abit. The calling for huge prices just from a quartly report and assumptions on contracts is crazy. The NR I want to see is one that details if they made nice nice with Blow Capital. You know the company that has security over assets, and pp slapped them in their last MD&A. Actually it sounded more than a pp slap.Blow Capital spewed alot of venom, and the silence from Lattice has been deafening........Bring on the NRs, bring on the reports, but how about no jumping to conclusions either way. In order to get rid of Blow Capital, I imagine more shares will have to issued, and with their deal with the new lender last year for offering financing, dont think they arent sharks as well........
