Pursuant to a resolution passed by directors dated Dec. 11, 2014, Cypress Development Corp. has consolidated its capital on a 1:10 basis. The name of the company has not been changed.
Effective at the opening on Monday, Jan. 12, 2015, the common shares of Cypress Development will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The company is classified as a junior natural resource company.
