RE:My Thoughts on News Phase 3

RE:My Thoughts on News Phase 3
I agree to a certain extent. and see the logic.

The way I see it is slightly different. Junior's like Cypress, need cash for everything as you know.
They have to do PPs in most cases to get money. This leads to dilution and lower value as well as bringing in more day traders.

If enough good news from CYP gets around, the shares will rise as no one wants to be left behind on what could be a giant mine down the road. The time to do another financing I believe is when we hit above 20 cents and would be less dilutive. That could be easily achieved with one news release from either PE or us.

Also there are 4 huge companies in the world that control and own the lithium market, and won't want another rival. I believe that both PE/CYP could be suddenly snatched up quickly by our neighbor who is one of those same 4 companies I mentioned. For this reason I keep a core position. ( I don't want to be left without should a trading halt happen) POSCO or other large companies could also be looking at PE/CYP.

The only producer in the US has been looking out the windows at us and all the mining activity thats been going on in the Valley. I don't think they will want China on there door step. Even at this stage we are a stand out target in my opinion.. Especially early in the game.

I am supporting the stock and have a few $$$ which I believe will keep her above 10 cents for a while unless 2008 happens again. Meanwhile I have several bids in place for more shares and will take them with great thanks to the seller.

I owned PE when it was around 9 cents and sold it for a bit of profit. When PE started going over 30 cents I wished I had kept it however I kept it on my watch list. When I saw Cypress getting the claims beside them a while back I waited until recently to buy shares of PE and a lot more Cypress.

I believe PE showed there hand when they optioned CYP. They know the Geology better than most. It was that news that triggered me to buy some PE and CYP and ushered my return to Lithium.

The State on Nevada are highly motived to get America its own Lithium. They gave Telsa a deal to build and now is the pay back. PE even has there first order for Lithium from Telsa so thats a huge vote of confidence.

Got a few PE but my largest holding is and will be CYP because of there low amount of shares outstanding.
