I sent the email to Don yesterday (below) His answer is below the the map I also sent him.

When you (google earth the area we have and zoom in) to the rest of the area that V.NRM and Matica has on the map what Don says makes sense.

I don't like NRM mostly because they have diluted the shares to about 200 million shares and and warrants and most of them were issued between 1 and 5 cents. The market cap right now is about $12 million.

We have about 26 m shares out and a market cap of $2 . 06 million and are now directly ties to V.PE with the option property. It now looks like our 100% owned property butting up to the old mine has nearly all of the intusion.

Someone mentioned the SP dropping . Well I sure hope so as I can get some more I didn't expect.

Hi Don.

I don't know if you were aware or not that Noram Ventures appears to have the same high lithium clays as V.CYP and a large land accumulation.

Of course they also have a large amount of shares out at very low prices as well.

I would expect its from the same intrusion that is on CYP.

Can you give me your thoughts or enlighten me any ?

Good morning Gary,

Yes Noram has reported lithium in claystone outcropping in some places on their project but most will be buried under basin fill (sand & gravel). As you move away from Angle Island the claystones deepen. Both Pure Energy and Albemarle have no claystones outcropping on their properties. I’m assuming because of proximity to CYP land holdings that they are the same. The grades are a little lower but still impressive for Clayton Valley standards.

If you are looking for other Clayton Valley companies that have surface claystone potential, Noram would have potential and on the map you supplied, Matica (someone else now owns that project but can’t remember who) also has potential as our own sampling goes right down to our southern border with them (the grades start to weaken a little but still impressive at our south border).
