Comparable Mines
Does anyone know of any mines that have came out with large deposits, ~1M tonnes LCE and up, that fizzled out for various reasons? Basically I am wondering if there could be any reason that a huge world class resource could be left in the ground? I haven't found any cases in my limited research but I just have trouble thinking that this much money in the ground could be left there locked away. Myself I believe that anything that can be done will be done to get this out and profit from it but if there are any real world instances where huge deposits have been given up on I would appreciate any info some may give.
