I don't see how you are assuming Bill is talking of giving lithium product only to battery makers only for the pilot plant. There no way to know that from that quote. On top of that, they have already been talking to third parties for a long time and are likely well advanced in talks by now. A pilot plant hasn't even started yet so it's not required for potential news. I doubt they would run a pilot and sell it to a battery maker only to turn around and then cut them off and use them as proof in order to work with another company. What Bill was saying was simply that they will ensure the process works at scale and the end product will go to that market ... EV related somehow. IMO we see news in a month or less. I do agree with your analysis on market through. A lot of it people don't know about the company and aren't convinced.
