financing didn't close yet Don Myers said, "expected any time now."  He also said,"after financing closes, Cypress will have lots to say including an update on progress of our pilot plant."

    He didn't answer all my questions I emailed to him. I didn't email him back to point out he didn't answer some questions. 

   I saw it as a positive that he didn't answer some questions. It told me they were being very, very careful. IMO, a smart company doesn't protect bad information.

   Also, the part when Don said, "Cypress will have lots to say" , tells me maybe a lot has been worked out behind the scenes, & we may see the company change before our eyes (in one or more NR) in a very good way, IMO.

   I feel like a kid waiting on Christmas.
