Just brutal.... even without PLL and Ioneer's higher average.... it still means $5.90 a share for around 30% EV/NPV.

I've stopped posting because there's nothing to say anymore right now.... just closing my eyes and praying we get a fair offer for the property (PFS portion) north of $10 over the summer, which would land it around 60% or so EV/NPV.... rest of land and REEs could be a bonus gift...
