First,
Do they have viable resource amount
Development phase:
Is the pilot plant going to prove out the viability to mine it
how long will that take
is output from pilot plant significant to provide csh flow
Build out:
how much is needed to build commercial plant
how long will that take and how much
they have $20MM + cash last qtr. how will development and build out be funded
