(LCE) will keep working on the (FS) till 1st Q 2024. The 12/06/23 News Release says, "The Company anticipates completion of the Feasibility Study in Q1 2024."

Why,IMO, this news is so good is that (LCE) doesn't have the (FS) out yet but (KTS) will have part of the
commercial design completed, in January 2024.
Think what you've got here. All these improvements (LCE) has done just makes it easier for (LCE) to get a
JV after the (FS) is out.
Keep in mind that IF (LCE) is 'Bought Out', it won't happen at a very low price. If (LCE) gets a bid much lower than what the project is worth, (now & the future worth) then (LCE) will go forward on it's own to production. IMO (LCE) will get a good price.
