I fully expect there was a pretty good reason that this N.R about Shareholder Rights was put out today...    Annual Meeting  Oct 14th        Has any one heard whether it is an online meeting or being held in Vancouver ?

Great news today and it's about time they put this into place. I was wondered if a company was to come on board why they would fork out hundreds of  thousands of dollars when they could just hostile takeover us for a lot less, considering our Market Cap is only 40 million. so does this mean that we probably won't hear anything until after the AGM?

My gut tells me that you're right  I have no inside or privileged information, but the clues Dr. Bill is dropping are everywhere. The fact that Dr. Bill bought some shares  a little while ago, the announcement that our lawyer wanted to be paid in shares rather than cash (even though we have plenty of cash in the bank and no debt),  seeing Dr. Bill in that recent video standing ...more
