Time to ...Buy More CYPRESS

Everyone here should be buying at 1.25 because it will not go lower.. Do you really think that PI and their people that bought the private placement at 1.25 are going to allow it to go any lower.?

I don't think so so

BUY BUY BUY more CYP IMHO

Yes. Because they're making money on the short.... in the short term. Especially those who got cut off.
Comment by yakattack on Mar 04, 2021 2:38pm
Like I said... 1.22 now and continuing to drop. Support at the moment around 1.20.

Nice one Ernie, I think you have that wrong.....

Nigel..  I never honestly thought we would ever see Cypress's prices dip like we all saw late last week as the Placement was done at $1,25..   So perhaps with your experience you might or could give us all some of your thoughts as to what or why it  happened..    Please note that I  bought more at 1.19 and more at 1.17 would think that anything below 1 ...more

I am very pleased to see the SP over one dollar, if it gets over two dollars again that will be good. However the price is much too volatile and I don't have a clue why. I agree that we need a more regular supply of news/information from CYP. This 'non disclosure' thing has gone on for far too long. News about the extraction process and water supply would be very welcome.

This NDA thing that never seems to end is starting to get extremely annoying at best and fishy at worst. Sick and tired of hearing about them but yet none of them ever come to public fruition. Nice big wall around PP price now. Stupid games and stupid timelines. So sick of this. Is it that f*cling hard to ask for peer value average?
Comment by desertbarnacle on Mar 08, 2021 12:55pm
Yak and All, I agree, the NDA story is tiresome, I hear things like we all do, this company or that company, some big names re NDA's, not sure how anyone outside the inner circle whould know any of that. It sure feels like we are due very much due news this week, like now or tommorow re the bought deal and the pilot plant and other items that maybe could be discussed.   It also ...more

You asked a very good question Bob. I was under the impression that we always wanted to be bought out. Push the project along and get as much value as possible and then sell.  It's starting to look like they want to take it to production.  I wish they told us what their priority was.  Would they rather sell it versus taking it to production.  Or take it production and only ...more

Hey LithiumOne. In my conversations with the company, as recently as last summer, I was told that categoreically they wanted to sell and did not see themselves taking this to production. Having said that, there is a lot more money and risk going to production. I don't believe CYP could or would ever attempt going it alone. I can, however, see a joint venture where a buy-out is structured  ...more

I think the NDA(s) needs to get their head out of the clay and make it public. They are using cyp to gain the knowledge of deposit and tweak it to their liking probably without making anything public in order to buy it on the cheap and we are being used. That leaves cyp and all of us who have supported it for years, treading water in negotiations. How can you negotiate a fair price when your share ...more

Yak, Counter parties likely are mining our data and trying to play the field, more huge claystone ledges could sitting out there at 1000 ppm.  I do not think that is the case, but when you combine a new district discovery sitting on the edge of an operating mine with new geology, well, you can imagine the thinking, lets go find another one.  I would say from time chasing around and ...more

I believe the recovery of rare earths was/is/would be easier with the hydro/chloride option, wouldn't it? I remember hearing or reading this but don't rememeber where.
Comment by desertbarnacle on Mar 08, 2021 7:41pm
I agree, we get way ahead of ourselves.  The only issue is, as stated here, what is the plan?  We depend on a clear plan from CYP.  The only thing I would say is, a plan goes like, lets sell for X amount but if not lets go ahead with production if we can.  I know that reality but for us shareholders, we really depend on CYP to make good choices based on the market, not whether ...more

So now I'm pondering what comes first, my first golf game or news from Cypress..hmm, with temps getting up to 14C this week here in the GTA, I'm tempted to start swinging the sticks. Looks like someone could run this back up to $1.40 easily with about 20K , very thin on the ask, according to what I see this morning. Any takers ?? Coop Level 2 Quote Hide Level 2 Quote  ...more
