Thanks for sharing the info.
I would like to visit the facilities. (I can't go until April). The video posted on their website is informative and interesting.
My colleagues have gone (non-investor - interest as Chemist).  that was a few years ago.    
I think that I will also hang onto my 10K shares and add more later.
