Well I don't see any one particular company jumping out and partnering with Lignol just yet. Actually, they've had some opportunities in the past with ethanol producers, but they never materialized.
It's still early in the game, and although cellulosic ethanol production is progressing quicker than thought, LEC needs to make strides not only in the science end of things but in the business side of things.
LEC cannot afford, and I mean that financially, to let big names such as Suncor slip by the wayside. Ethanol may grow on trees, but money doesn't. atb
