Touchdown agreement for Albany West claims 2013-10-07 18:25 ET - Property Agreement The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation of purchase agreement dated Sept. 16, 2013, between Touchdown Resources Inc. and Marcy Kiesman and Kyle Stevenson, whereby the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 24 claims (the Albany West claims, the property) covering 416 hectares located in the district of Cochrane, Ontario.
