Curious about something..

Curious about something..

Whats the largest premium anyone has ever seen to the current shareprice any of you have ever seen for a junior company?? I mean all this $1.00 talk sounds rediculous.. even .40 or .50 which marketcap wise wouldn't be absurd considering the asset and oil potential. However that would be a 400%+ premium to the current share price.

So while i like to remain realistic and know that i'd be happy with a .20 cent buyout i still think that is crazy cheap for the asset. I know this is a unique situation with political risk etc but this stock was .75 cents once upon a time and .46 cents a year ago.. A.said bought 500k shares at .37 , soros bought a bunch at .30 ish i really can't understand the shareprice at .105 ish the market makers must be in the dark.. but you'd think these large institutions would know something about what to value the company at in a takeoverbid.. i guess that 60% premium to the current shareprice is where they decided to stop buying.

What kinda NR can LFD give to boost the share price but not F over Genel by boosting the shareprice without killing the deal..just curious :P I own some CLL as well that recently had a takeover offer but declined it.

So whats the largest % premium you've ever recalled?
