the stock price is talking unfortunately the stock price is not saying buyout, even though they are "in discussions". to me the stock price is telling me that genel is going to participate in a financing in LFD, thereby providing the financing that LFD needs to drill and also giving genel a substantial ownership in LFD, so genel has effectively a bigger part of this play. however the financing is going to be sub twenty cents per share. so, not so great for current lfdshareholders. but at least it would give a clear path to drilling. basically a farm in and financing with genel. i have no idea if this is true or not, but my sense is that is what the stock price is telling us. oh well, we wait.
