I agree LFD is not in a position of strength, that is why when GENEL will offer monies for the whole dog and pony show LFD will not really have a choice. Again, why would GENEL pony up cash for only 50% of LFD now....which would only be 50% of profits from LFD down the road. Your arguement of a financing makes absolute no business sense !!
