Good Feeling

Whatever is the outcome of this HALT, it is a good feeling. The company and GENEL publicly announced their discussions for LFD to sell its stake to GENEL. As such, I am inclined that they have reached a deal and to avoid possible leak and the subsequent questions and investigations that would follow from both the London and Toronto stock exchange to such leak, the managements of both LFD and GENEL decided to place a HALT . The news will likely be released on Sunday as GENEL will be presenting on Monday.

As per the offer price, I don't know but my analysis indicates that the fair value of LFD based on other deals in the area is arounf 0.425 cents.

I was the first person on this board that stated that a HALT was coming and it came. I am predicting that this is a full takeover offer of above 0.425 cents. That will be proven soon.....

After that, I will be laughing my to the bank with a beer for GOOD40, Swisstime and the rest.

self proclaimed stock guru yes sometimes your guess is good, but also many times is wrong. weren't you the person who was calling for lfd to go to .01 - .03 just few short months, you were also very wrong on other stocks like "100% sure thing"  t.elc according to you so when you are so cocky scares me little bit...

42.5 cents EOIM ?   You've narrowed it down to a half a cent and based it on other sales in the area.  You've based it on the sale of license,  for the right to explore blocks in Kurdistan.  OK,  I give up,  what other sales did you use ?  How did you ever come up with a value narrowed down to half a cent ?

0.425 cents would result in around 50 million pounds offer plus assumpion of LFD liability.

Just wondering though EOIM,  where did you get " around 50 million pounds "  ?   I mean,  you narrowed down your estimate to 42.5 cents,   so if you can zero in to the half cent then you should be able to do better than " around 50 million pounds " .   Which transfer of exploration licenses did you use for around 50 million pounds ?

IMO offer is around 0.2 with LFD shares converted to genel. Me sitting on 80K shares at a dime average I'll take a double anytime.
