RE:CNS and OTC listing question Yes. I did this with Abattis last year. they were halted in canada but continued to sell is US. I had to call into TD directly, but the did the trade, made out like a bandit too when they finally resumed here because i bought back in way lower (subsequently sold).
A stockhouse member had posted a letter from the BC commision quoting the applicable laws allowed for the trade
(generally, "if your not an officer or insider to the halted company your free to sell off the stock while its halted")
which I printed from a link and told TD, they confirmed with their team leader and trade was done!
