The black market will always be there bud, just saying. Look at Colorado, it isn't going anywhere no matter what people may think. They will always be the MAIN competition. Considering they have every cop's address and details Canada wide in a database, don't expect many big busts. ALSO....remember about 5 years ago when the head of the RCMP came out and said there are certain crime groups we can't investigate.... they're not going anywhere anytime soon, just a realistic fact
