Another POTENTIAL up and coming catylst will be a granting of their oil license. They applied back in Apil 9th 2018:

And according to HC it takes a minimum of 18 months to aquire an oil license:

The Standard Processor Licence is the current-day equivalent of the former LP from the ACMPR, except it does not necessarily have to be coupled with a cultivation licence now"

So hopefully after the beginning of Oct, we can hope to get an exciting NR!
