RE:RE:RE:Choklat confusion - products were melted?Actually the post about the metal detector is still on Choklat's facebook page.  Nowhere is it legislated ANYWHERE that a metal detector is required in a food line or cannabis edibles line.  The FDA states that "injurious metal" is measures 7mm by 25mm.  Our preventative program catches both metallic objects and non metallic objects the size of a human hair - far smaller than most $75k metal detectors will ever catch.  Further to that my company has been in business for 12 years, has made over 1,000,000 products by hand in much less strict manufacturing environments and never once has there been an issue of any object - metallic or otherwise - in our confections.  

I'm not pointing fingers or making excuses.  I'm simply stating facts which clearly refute speculation.
